Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina Shevchenko is the Kyrgyzstani and Peruvian Muay Thai fighter as well as a mixed martial artist competing within the flyweight section in the UFC. She is the elder sister of the fellow UFC fighter and former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko's fight sport career started with her debut as a Muay Thai competitor. She prevailed in the second-round TKO as well as winning her following two bouts at WXF: X-Impact World Championships 2003, accumulating a record of three-three. Shevchenko went on a hiatus from MMA to work on her kickboxing, and she came back with Anissa Haddaoui at Phoenix FC 3 in 2017. Shevchenko defeated Anissa Haddaoui with a unanimous decision. Antonina rebounded from her loss to knock out Lucie Pudilova via rear-naked choking submission in the second round at UFC on ESPN Covington Vs. Lawler.
